Our Story
​In 2025, during a visit to Nepal for an old age home project, we spent time in rural villages and closely observed local life. One thing that stood out was the abundance of fresh milk produced by villagers every day. Despite the hard work involved, milk was being sold at a very low price, and many farmers had limited options to add value to their products. As a cheesemaker, this raised an important question: What if this milk could be transformed into high-quality dairy products that create better income opportunities for local communities? With this vision, we decided to take action. With the generous support of donors, we organized practical cheesemaking training for local villagers. Soon after, a small caserei (cheese-making unit) was established, allowing hands-on learning and real production to begin. Today, this initiative is not just about cheese. It is about skill-sharing, sustainable livelihoods, and respecting local resources. By combining traditional milk production with professional cheesemaking knowledge, we aim to support farmers, empower communities, and create honest, high-quality dairy products with purpose.
